Hola! Photographer Enzo Amato postgraduate from the Institute of Applied Arts in Naples in 1987. He went on to teach practical design at the Institute whilst simultaneously working as a freelance photographer. It was here that developed his interest and practical skills in photography. In 1994 he moved to London where he worked as a project assistant at conservation of Westminster Abbey. In London, he furthered his photography studies at the UCL & Islington College
He relocated to Australia in 1996 where works as a commercial photographer with clients such as Marie Claire Japan, Indesign Magazine Australia, Air New Zealand and other publications.
Amato has always kept a photographic portfolio of personal art projects, which focus primarily on the documentation of street art and street artists. He has previously exhibited his personal work in London in1995 at Islington Central Library. He is currently showing latest series The Cuba Street Art Project at Ambush Gallery as part of the group show Sign of the Times and MOPLA (Month of Photography LA)
